I’m an independent consultant, trainer and facilitator helping business leaders – and their teams – find new ways to solve problems, embrace change and make it happen.

My approach
My style is facilitative, inclusive and active. I follow a six-stage approach, creating the space for you to get to the heart of what matters quickly.
I share practical advice, simple frameworks and techniques, and engage the team throughout so they feel part of the change and excited by what comes next.

And once you have your plan, I can provide ongoing mentoring to help keep you and the team on track.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a much talked about topic. But many companies don’t know how to start the conversation, where to focus their efforts or what to prioritise. I’ll help you understand where you’re at, and what you can be doing to build a more inclusive workplace culture that values and celebrates diversity.

As a trained facilitator, I’ve designed and run hundreds of workshops over the years, including strategy; vision, mission & values development; innovation and inspiration sessions; and problem-solving workshops.

As an accredited C-me behavioural profiling provider, I work with teams and individuals to understand themselves and each other so they can work and communicate more effectively.
Training
I’ve designed and facilitated hundreds of training workshops over the years, and it gives me huge fulfilment seeing people walk out of the room with new skills, confidence and a plan.
