Training

I’ve designed and facilitated hundreds of training workshops over the years, and it gives me huge fulfilment seeing people walk out of the room with new skills, confidence and a plan.

My style is facilitative, inclusive and active. I follow a six-stage approach, creating the space for you to get to the heart of what matters quickly.

I share practical advice, simple frameworks and techniques, and engage the team throughout so they feel part of the change and excited by what comes next.
