Agency/Client Relationships: Fuelling Growth and building long-lasting partnerships

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the years, throughout my agency career and in my own business. I’m incredibly proud of the relationships I’ve developed and the work we’ve done together.

I got my first Client Services leadership role back in 2008, having started my career in the creative industries back in 1999. Since then I’ve learnt a lot about what makes a brilliant Client Services professional and team, best practice (if there ever is such a thing) and very importantly, some tough lessons when things haven’t worked out the way I’d planned. I genuinely believe that there’s an art to client servicing and I work with agencies and client-side organisations to help them get the most out of their relationships, and do more impactful work.

I offer a range of services for agencies and clients as follows:

Agencies:

  • Consulting - understanding the needs of your business and tailoring support that will work for you and your team.

  • Client interviews - understanding how you’re doing across client relationships, with key insights, implications and recommendations.

  • Training - delivering different training workshops and programmes including ‘The Art of Client Servicing’, ‘Strategic Client Servicing for Growth’, ‘Effective Client Onboarding’, ‘Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations’, ‘Pricing for Confidence & Profitability’, ‘The Art of Persuasion - Delivering Effective Presentations’.

  • Mentoring - I’ll work with teams and individuals on an ongoing basis to help them build their confidence, problem-solve and build better relationships.

Clients:

  • Consulting - understanding the needs of your business when it comes to agency support, and helping craft briefs and finding the right agency for your needs.

  • Training - delivering different training workshops including ‘How to brief and evaluate work’, ‘Effective Agency Onboarding’, ‘Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations’.

  • Mentoring - I’ll work with teams and individuals on an ongoing basis to help them build their confidence, problem-solve and build better relationships.
