The importance of continuous learning

Earlier this month, I completed the Lions Creative MBA from Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been part of the very first cohort; a diverse group of brilliant participants from around the world, all eager to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Here’s a brief overview of what the cMBA included:

💡 Weekly online modules to complete in your own time on a range of relevant topics ranging from the value of creativity for business, building creative cultures, the importance of diverse teams, tools and techniques to deliver impactful work, how to win awards (and more!).
📣 Weekly live sessions with the opportunity to hear from industry legends and ask them anything.
❓ A series of industry dilemmas to work on in smaller groups.
🏆 The opportunity to ‘judge’ award-winning work and compare your own perspective to how the Cannes Lions juries judged the work.
📺 Access to a ridiculous amount of inspirational content from various talks and award-winning work from over the years.
🤣 A LOT of laughter and a few tears (a true sign of brilliant work and people).

For anyone needing some creative reinvigoration or wondering whether to invest in themselves or their own team, look no further. I’ve already applied some of what I’ve learnt in my own work, with super positive results.

Thank you the fabulous team who made it happen, including Steve Latham, Jenni Middleton, Claire Bridges MSc and many more.

The next cohort starts in October. To find out more go to https://lnkd.in/evaaqWT5
